Our Mentor

Our mentor, 'Mr. Dayakar Hegde', possesses experience of working in Woodland group of hotels & restaurants, Hotel Ramada Group and Nammura Hotels, at different capacities. He has assisted in designing more than 20 restaurants, 3 hotels, 2 industrial canteens in his tenure with these hotels. Our mentor is a prodigy in this field and has always been consulted by other people from the industry. Realizing his talent & caliber, he started his own organization by the name C-Kitchen Hospitality Services to provide advice and suggestions to people working in hospitality sector. He has traveled to different locations of India and is familiar with their cuisines. He believe in rendering quality service and is a source of inspiration for other entrepreneurs.


Although, we have numerous achievements to boast of but the project that we have executed for Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Limited is the most rewarding & unforgettable. The task was very challenging but with continuous support of our professionals, we executed it successfully. As compared to Indian companies, working procedure of Japanese is quite different. Even the minutest detail of the project is studied in detail depth with the support of statistical report.

Designing kitchen area of 22000 square feet and dining area of 3500 people capacity (segregated into 5 places) is the attraction of entire area. This area, now, successfully caters for almost 13000 meals per day. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern facilities, which allow to cook food maximum 1 hour lead time per session. Due to flow plan, the dining halls can dispose its capacity within twenty minutes.
